NiveshIQ provides AI-powered market data, news aggregation, and analytical tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on NiveshIQ constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or financial planning guidance.
All data, scores, predictions, and analysis are generated algorithmically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always conduct your own research and consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before making financial decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use the Platform. Use of NiveshIQ from jurisdictions where it is prohibited is at your own risk and we accept no liability.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must not share your account or allow others to access the Platform on your behalf.
- You must notify us immediately at support@niveshiq.co.in of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
- Post illegal, defamatory, misleading, or harmful content in community features.
- Use the Platform to manipulate securities markets or spread disinformation.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, and trade marks on the Platform are owned by or licensed to NiveshIQ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NiveshIQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform, including investment losses.
8. Third-Party Links & Data
The Platform may link to or display content from third-party sources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the Platform or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
